In 1994 a distributor and fan of
bags mentioned
to Martial Viahero that he was missing
something for his “Souvenir de Paris” collection. No sooner said than done,
Martial created the Eiffel Tower bag. Still in fashion and sold in notable
stores such as Galeries Lafayettes.
A mix between London DJ and New York courier bags was
created in April 1994 and the Parisian gay community couldn’t wait to get
their hands on one. Two years later the
Record Bag was commonplace
in schools and elsewhere! The
Record Bag serves as a nostalgic
reminder of the 90s. The first
best seller – thanks to numerous
mentions in the press, and everyone who believed in the new
brand

Through the marriage of courier bag and classic backpack designs, the Pilot Bag,
with its strong visual presence, was created in 1998. This was a bold new
direction for the
brand that brought about radical change to the
market. Martial Viahero created this bag based on the literal definition
of the words “pilot” and “bag”: A) single strap backpack that spins around
the body for quick and easy access to all compartments without taking it off,
as well as a special pocket designed especially for mobile phones.
B) history, created by Martial Viahero, fashion accessories designer and trained
helicopter pilot – from which the bag takes it’s name. The press and wider public
adopted the bag without hesitation. Despite numerous copyright lawsuits, this bag
is still the designer’s favourite.
The year 2000 saw the creation of the
Color Bag. Made with an entirely new method of moulded PVC with no stitching and available
in bold colours, the Color Bag was a hit with the press and public alike. The summers of 2000 and 2001
saw an expansion of available colours. Who knows, the Colour Bag could come back one of these days!
